We have 4 facilities designed to crush all types of polymers measuring between 4 mm and 12 mm. Although we mostly work with PVC, these facilities can also work with other types of polymers (PP, PS, PU, PE...).

Currently, Mavinil SA has three fully equipped facilities for micronisation through a cryogenic system.

In Mavinil S.A. we have opted in the recycling sector to work with materials that are not recyclable through simple crushing or granulation, but rather that require a more complex operation, especially when we are talking about plastic products made up of two or more incompatible elements when it comes to reusing them. This is the case of materials with fibre or bilayer materials.

This process has involved many years of effort to develop machinery designed in-house capable of separating the different composite plastic materials.

Mavinil S.A.’s final activity consists of the purchase of PVC waste (remains of pipes, sheets, profiles, etc.) which will be processed in our plant to obtain a product ready for reuse in different applications such as drain elbows, folders, etc.
