We have four installations prepared to shred all types of polymers between 4 mm and 12 mm.

Although we mainly work with PVC, these installations are also suitable for other types of polymers (PP, PS, PU, PE, etc.).

Our installations have a water-cooling system to stop the material from overheating while in the shredding chamber.

Additionally, this prevents the product from degrading and maintains a high-quality flake format.

Magnets and metal detectors prevent the material from being contaminated with ferrous materials.

Lastly, the material passes through a homogenisation system with a maximum capacity of 14 tonnes.

Once the product is finished, it is delivered in bulk bags (stacked on pallets) weighing between 500 kg and 1,500 kg.
