We have four installations prepared to shred all types of polymers between 4 mm and 12 mm.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Although we mainly work with PVC, these installations are also suitable for other types of polymers (PP, PS, PU, PE, etc.).<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Our installations have a water-cooling system to stop the material from overheating while in the shredding chamber.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Additionally, this prevents the product from degrading and maintains a high-quality flake format.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n\n\n\n

Magnets and metal detectors prevent the material from being contaminated with ferrous materials.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Lastly, the material passes through a homogenisation system with a maximum capacity of 14 tonnes.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
