Mavinil SA currently has three installations that are fully equipped for cryogenic milling.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Cryogenic milling grinds the product to between 500 and 2,000 \u00b5m.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

The cooling system we use is developed in our company.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Lastly, the material is homogenised and batches are prepared.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Each batch can be up to 14 tonnes and is delivered in bulk bags (stacked on pallets) weighing between 500 kg and 1,500 kg.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n\n\n\n

This work system ensures a high-quality product, <\/strong>demonstrated by several indicators:<\/p>\n\n\n\n

  • A uniform granule size, so there are very few fine particles.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
  • A moisture-free end material.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
  • A uniform blend can be created from raw materials, if necessary.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
  • The material can also be used alone, without blending it with other raw materials.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/div>\n\n\n\n
